As some issues were found, a non-maintenance patch has been performed on August 14th (PDT).

1. Fixed an issue where the game client unexpectedly closes on a cinematic scene during some quests.

2. In Menu > Graphics > Frame Rate Limit, the minimum rate has been changed from 45 to 30.
